Iberia Parish government has launched an online form for residents wanting to file a claim with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for damages from Tropical Storm Barry.
According to a press release from the administration, the parish is collecting information to see if residents qualify for FEMA individual assistance or for Small Business Administration loans.
In order to qualify, residents need to document the damages they received along with two or three photos.
Residents without internet access can call the Iberia Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness at 337-492-5451. The office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
