Every March, Acadiana Lifestyle offers local businesses the opportunity to tell their story to the community. It’s their chance to toot their own horn, because they deserve it. Well, we don’t like to be left out of the fun. Acadiana Lifestyle experienced no small amount of changes last year. So, this will serve as our Progress Report.

Let’s start at the very beginning. Last year, Wick Communications purchased Acadiana Lifestyle. Being as they are the same company that owns the Daily Iberian, there was some initial concern that people would think the two publications would be joining forces, which was never the case. Turns out, this town is big enough for the both of us. The community has fully embraced our new ownership. Around the same time, we got a new coworker! Damian Beaugh worked for Acadiana Lifestyle as an Account Executive and Sales Coordinator from 2003-2009. We were thrilled to welcome him back last July. Most recently, we added a new graphic designer to our team. Sarah Soprano has nearly 10 years of design experience. Sarah and her Pandora stations are welcomed new assets to our team! The new website and design, there isn’t much that I haven’t said about those two things. We have so much more positive and exciting changes in store for the year ahead!
