Castille - Rivers

Lori Beth Castille (Sonnier) and Chance Dale Rivers were married on Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010, at Church on the Rock in New Iberia. The bride is the daughter of Sylvia Walker of New Iberia and Gerald Castille of Coteau Holmes and the groom is the son of Judy S. Rivers of Avery Island and Melvin Rivers of Broussard. Officiating at the double-ring ceremony was Rev. Ryan DeRouen.

Escorted by her brother Erik Feller, the bride wore a satin, two-piece strapless ivory-colored gown featuring a bodice accented with a two-inch espresso ribbon trimming the bustline. The straight fitted bottom was accented with a chapel-length train. In her hair, she wore a band-style crown accented with crystals and trimmed in silver. She carried a cascade-style bouquet  of burnt orange lilies, ivory-colored roses, burgundy fall solid aster, orange and yellow astromerias accented with pine cones, cinnamon sticks, ivory-colored pearl stones and gold leaves.

Brandy Carret Richard served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Vanessa Riccardi Metz and Tami Castille Simon, sister of the bride. Harley and Kinzie, daughters of the bride and groom, were the flower girls. Jayse, son of the bride and groom, served as ring bearer.

Robert Good served as best man. Groomsmen were Branden Stelly. Honoray ushers were Kimpton Fage, godchild of the bride and groom, and Collin Yoder, nephew of the bride and groom.

A reception was held for family and friends at the church hall at Church on The Rock in New Iberia. The couple will reside in New Iberia.
