Follow the Rules

I would like to know why is it that the Daily Iberian has rules posted as to how to write a letter on the forum, however, Outraged who comments on almost everything, has broken nearly every single one of those rules. He sometimes types in all caps, he is constantly calling people idoits or stupid, and almost always strays away from the topic on hand. He has a real anger problem in my opinion, and he has this thing he does with poems that is just rude and degrading. I think he should be made to follow the rules just as the rest of us are expected to. If not maybe he should not be permited to post anything for a while until he can follow the rules.

    These rules are in reality a suggestion. They are not allowing him to break the rules and making the rest of us follow the rules. My favorite is the 100 word count "rule." You can type as many words that you wish as long as-you-put-a-dash-or/a/slash/between/each/word. That way there are no spaces between the words so it all considered one word. "
