This is for all the people who work or haved worked in a hostile work enviroment. Why is it when someone gets a promotion it goes straight to there head ? It is so bad you would hope this person would never return to work the next day. The company that I work for has a manager that screams, yells, curses, takes drugs and talks bad about everyone to the other co-workers. Just like a high school kid that is caddy. This person has been reported to upper management, to the president and nothing still gets done about it, and has also been reported to human resources that doesn't work our human resource manager tells this person who called. You would never guess that this a major corporation. With the way jobs are these days you have to sit back and take it. Most of everyone is on anxiety medicine now. Stress is not what we call it at the end of the day we call it misery. Is there any advice for a hopeless situation like ours. We thought about calling a attorney to pursue this but if know one listens at coroparte where do we turn. Maybe we should start a group that helps people deal with this kind of anguish. Is there any good advice for this situation.

But the transferee is bullying him into believing he, the super, will lose his job for striking the transferee! Even though the super has a broken hand, in 3 places no less! "

The shift supervisor put his hands "up" to deflect what he thought was to be an attack. When he pushed the transferee away, he, the transferee, started pummeling the super. He broke his hand(the super's) in three places! He is NOW bullying everyone NOT to talk about what happened. OR they would receive the same treeatment! No one got fired, to afraid to talk! "

When you have enough "paper", go to HR. They are required to protect employees, AND you are an employee!
IF HR will not protect you, THEN (time/Date/Event) go and seek a "qualified" LABOR Lawyer! "
