Good Neighbor

I am just wondering if anyone out there can shed some light on this for me. I live in a neighborhood where it seems like the same bully family has had some sort of negative involvement with other residents in the neighborhood. The problem is they are drug users and alcoholics that are not happy unless they are bothering innocient people. This happens alot for no reason at all. They yell out profanity, play loud music, walk with their pants falling below the butt. They are 2 males ages 20 and 24, and a female 18 with 2 children of her own, which I an sure she should have better things to do with her time with 2 children, they live with there mother who is also an alcoholic and party animal herself, any way just wondering what do you do with people like that

    " Sounds like you live in a very low rent neighborhood. New Iberia is full of what you just described. Why not video or record what you're seeing and hearing and bring it to the police since they take 2 to 3 hours to respond, as one writer suggests. If the BS you're complaining about is worth an arrest then it'll probably happen. If not then, Broussard looks like a nice place to live these days. It's hard to stop the low morality level society is stuping to these days. But you can move. "

    " I an in that same neighborhood as the poster. We have called the police on many ocasions, but the tyrants leave before the police get there. The police take 2 to 3 hours before responding. And when they do nothing gets done about it. It's like you want to abide by the law but they do nothing, what do you do without stooping to there level and abiding by the law. "
