Funeral services will be held  at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009, at Fletcher Funeral Home for Xou Keosayasing, 81, who passed on Monday morning Nov. 2, 2009, at 12:20 a.m. at Iberia Medical Center.

Cremation will follow at Lafayette Crematory.

Visitation will begin at Fletcher Funeral Home on Friday, Nov. 6, 2009, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday Nov. 8, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

He was a native of Me Kong, Laos and resident of Youngsville.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Choum Keosayasing, of Youngsville; two sons Thonghou Chanthvilay and Nouchanh Sisomphone; nine daughters Senoun Inthaphah, Nay Keosayasing, Chay Phothanasa, Khambey Chanthavong, Say Saphanthong, Sine Keosayasing, Khamphiene Keosayasing and Thongphien Keosayasing; 52 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Loune Keosayasing and Chou Keosayasing; several brothers and sisters.
