WHY-- is Lewis street not four laned to US 90 ( was a priority in 1990) Why has Jefferson Terrace at Admiral Dolye not been turned into a real intersection with full lanes - Why  are we seeking funding for a convention center when we cant run the Sugar Cane Festival Bldg in a cost positive manner

Why are the divisions of government suing each other instead of woking together to move the parish forward --Why has New Iberia refused to expand its corp limits ( pretty soon Broussard will acess the airport ) Why do the road crews replace potholes with bumps of patch material ( do they expect us to compress the excess material) Why do we call painting the roadways with an asphalt spray qualify for fixing them Why do we think that spending millions of dollars will stop theflooding in West end ( maybe we could just clean the existing ditches and see how that works) Why is Bernard broussard still on the Parish Council ( Is he not as corrupt as Wil who condemed) Why is it ok for Naray Hulin to work on a port of Iberia project while being a councilman- Why isn'y interstate 49 done - Why are we allowing the Delcambre Port group to finance strip malls where Wil Langanlais daughter gets an office out of the deal -- Why do we turn our heads when Phil Haney does the same things that ousted Wil langlanias are they not both elected officials by oath to uphold certain standards  Why are we allowing others to tell us that removing medians is the traffic answer when the world is moving towards developing  parkways for numerous good reasons ( Jefferson terrace / Admiral Doyle)

Most of all WHY do we continue to put up with it --
