Sarah Emily Worsham and Jacy Paul Gary were married on Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church. The bride is the daughter of William and Christine Hulin of New Iberia and the groom is the son of Terry and Jill Gary of New Iberia. Officiating at the double-ring ceremony was the Rev. Barry Crochet.

Escorted by her father, William, the bride wore an apple-colored, satin A-line gown featuring a split back and embellished with beading on the cuff, hem and inset. The gown had a chapel train. For her headpiece, the bride wore a lace veil with apple-colored ribbon edging. She carried a bouquet of white calla lilies with red roses.

Emily Alverez served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Michelle Kipp, Angela DeRouen and Jessica Redding.

Christa Hulin served as flower girl. Terry “Trey” Gary II served as ring bearer.

Jory Gary served as best man. Groomsmen were Michael Worsham, Matt Atkins and Josh DeCoux.

A reception was held for family and friends at the Veterans Memorial Building in City Park. Following a wedding trip to the Marine Corps Birthday Ball in Bossier City, the couple will reside in New Iberia.
