Rebert - McCoy

Amanda Theresa Rebert and Mark Ryan McCoy were married on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, at Sacred Heart Church in Broussard. The bride is the daughter of Vernon and Fay Rebert of Loreauville and the groom is the son of Mike and Jan McCoy of Daingerfield, Texas. Officiating at the Nuptial Mass was the Rev. Louie Richard.

Escorted by her father, Vernon, the bride wore a champagne- and ivory-colored, satin A-line halter gown with a beaded lace bodice, gathered waist detail and a split back with a chapel train. For her headpiece, she wore an ivory-colored fingertip veil with metallic pencil edging and lace embroidery. She carried a bouquet of off-white Sahara and vandela roses with fiddle head fern and pearls.

Andrea Migues served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Angelle, Garneth Romero, Elizabeth McCoy, Stephanie McGill, Samantha Laviolette and Nicole Green. Kaydence Stelly served as junior bridesmaid.

Bret McCoy served as best man. Groomsmen were J. P. Vogel, Josh Cato, Wesley Theobald, Eric Hall, Casey Williams and Brian McGill. Junior groomsman was Solen Romero. Ushers were Aaron Nilsson, Jonathan Biddy and Damon Nix.

A reception was held for family and friends at Vermilionville in Lafayette. Following a wedding trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, the couple will reside in Omaha, Texas.
