behavior at parades

I at one time used to enjoy going to the parades and bringing the children and grandchildren. It has turned into a fight for your life.there are people that just walk up and down the street, they push you out of the way, they dare you to say anything so they can start a fight. I at one time l iked to go to the Fais-do-do but again there is nothing but fights. We did not go to the festival this year and have a 5 and 7 year old because of all the trouble. My wife and I had to start a neighborhood watch in our neighborhood and bought a scanner to keep up with whats going on. WE sat at home and heard about fight after fight on all the street corners. Riots on other streets that caused damage to patrol units that are to protect us and officers that do not get payed enough. I have lived here all my life and do not wish to move but the trouble makers are taking over the streets and the law can not help because the streets belong to the no good that the justice system has to protectt at my cost. The country needs a change and go back to and eye for and eye and a tooth for tooth. What we need is a Dirty Harry. Just a thought.Thank You for Your Time. GOD Bless Us All.
