Just Swipe That Card

Does anyone know where I can get one of those Louisiana Purchas Cards. I go shopping at the grocery store and I see all these people filling up the grocery carts with rib eye stakes, skinless split chicken breast, lots of pop and candy, all name brand can goods, pre cut water mellon in one of those pretty plastic containers, and lots of pre seasoned meats and when they pay the cashier they use that pretty LOUISIANA PURCHAS CARD. Most of those ladies filling up those grocery baskets have lots of children but I never see their husbands with them. When these ladies leave the store they get in these cars with those pertty rims with those little bitty tires and go to those apt. complexes that the goverment pays for with my tax dollad Me and my wife both work at full time jobs and pay lots and lots of taxes, So if anyone knows where to get one of those cards please call me and let me know . The people getting these funds got letters after the fact why they were getting the money. The gracious recipients were out buying anything and everything other than school supplies.
