Mary Gary

Mrs. Mary Nell Barrilleax Gary passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at 2:15 a.m. at Iberia Medical Center.  She was 65.

Mrs. Gary was born February 19, 1944 to Edwin Barrilleaux and the former Lilly Hebert.  She was a homemaker devoted to the care of her family.  Mrs. Mary loved baking and made some of the best fudge and coconut cakes ever.  She was a loving mother, grand and great-grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed dearly.

She is survived by her son and daughter, Wade Gary and Mary Ann Gary Toutcheque and husband Albert Toutcheque, Jr.; three grandchildren, Edwin Toutcheque and wife Jolyn, Krystal Toutcheque and Dre Toutcheque; her great grandson, Xavier Toutcheque; step great grandchildren, Gage, Devon and Sierra Segura; and her brother, Donald Barrilleaux and wife Pearl.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Gary, and her parents.

In keeping with Mrs. Gary’s wishes, no services will be held.
