Viola V. “Bye” Toutcheque

LOREAUVILLE – Funeral services will be conducted for Mrs. Viola Vincent “Bye” Toutcheque, 101, on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Paul Onugebe officiating. Interment will follow in St. Michaels Cemetery in St. Martinville.

Visitation will begin on Monday, June 22, 2009 at 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM and resume on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 8:00 AM until services. A rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Monday evening at

6:30 PM.

A native of Iberia Parish and a resident of Loreauville, Mrs. Toutcheque died on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 12:20 PM at her niece’s residence in New Iberia.

She is survived by her niece, Doris Bailey Cormier and her husband Rodney and her great-nephew, Craig Cormier and his wife Charlie all of New Iberia.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dorcelie J. Toutcheque; her parents, Sully and Avelia Thibodeaux Vincent and her sisters, Aspasie Meyers and Vesta Trosclair.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
