" Rest in Peace Mr. Fitch! We had some good conversations in my patrol car! I'd pickup Mr. Fitch at the wee hours usually around 3 a.m. at his residence and drive him to his meat market so he could go start making his boudin for the day. He'd call the Jeanerette P.D. for a lift and at that time we'd provide him with a ride. After he had a batch made he'd call us back to go pickup "breakfast." He was such a kind soul. My condolances to the family. "
