Miss Black Teen Louisiana

The other day I was watching KLFY news. There was a group of black teens and they were promoting a Miss Black Teen Louisiana Pagent. I was just curious to know if there was a Miss White Teen Louisiana Pagent? A Miss Asian Teen Louisiana Pagent, or any other race pagent? If not why is this not a double standard to have a pagent which excludes other races? Isn't this racism? Just wanted to know
