How many of YOU are paying your employee's the same amount of wages like you did in 2004? How many of YOU seem to think crime is the same as it was in 2004? And the list goes on and on! STOP whining and give the money because YOUR life or someone YOU know may depend on it one day! If all of you whiners can do such a better job why did YOU not run for Sheriff?
