Alice D. Paul

AUSTIN, Texas — Alice Davis Paul was born on Aug. 1, 1933, in New Iberia to the parents of Sidney and Bertha Kelly Davis LeBlanc. Alice was a caregiver; she retired from UTMB as a Nurse Assistant, after 20 years of faithful service. A 37 year resident of Galveston, Texas, which she called home, Alice was uprooted and replanted in Austin, Texas. Following a brief illness, Alice received and answered her personal RSVP from our Heavenly Father.

On Thursday, Jan. 15, 2009, at 11:57 a.m., the trumpet of Heaven resounded in a vibrant cantata and the clouds of the sky rolled back, the angels called the mighty roll and Alice, departing expeditiously, reached out and took the wise Master Builders’ hand and began her climb up the King’s highway!

To God be the glory!
