Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, 2008, at Memorial Park Cemetery for Ethan Jude Dempsey, infant son of Janet Bourque and Jeff Dempsey, who passed away on Monday, Dec. 15, 2008, in New Iberia.

Rev. Mark Derise will officiate.

Survivors also include grandparents, Michael and Pamela Dempsey and Leland and Nancy Bourque all of New Iberia; great-grandparents, Walter Bourque Sr. of Jeanerette and Dorothy Dempsey of New Iberia; aunts and uncles Ryan Bourque and wife Kandise of Petal, Miss., Shawn Bourque, Josh Bourque, Jonathan Dempsey and wife, Stacey, Joel Dempsey all of New Iberia, Jason Dempsey of Jeanerette; and cousins Ava Bourque, Aidon Bourque and Landon Dempsey.

Ethan was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, O.L. Dempsey, Harold “Buster” Mosele, Agnes Mosele, Eugene and Jeanette Stewart and Laura Mae Verret Bourque.

A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd, in New Iberia.

Pellerin Funeral Home of New Iberia, 365-3331, is in charge of arrangements.
