The charge stemmed from a phone conversation Campbell had with New Iberia District 5 Council-man Raymond “Shoe-do” Lewis on Nov. 13. After the conversation, Lewis filed a restraining order against Campbell, alleging Camp-bell said he would “like to meet me in a cane field to whip my a--” in the phone conversation.
The restraining order was dismissed by mutual consent after an out of court discussion Nov. 26.

The investigation stems from a complaint by a representative of ICCHC. City Prosecutor Anne Stevens said the trial date for the charge will be Feb. 18 before City Judge Robert Segura in City Court.

I support Mr. Campbell in the fact that it appears he did his job. He terminated a person that seems to have a history that repeats itself. The behavior of Shoe Do was uncalled for with this situation. The problem with Shoe Do is he thinks he is some type of big person in this community and he is a nothing. He will realize one day that he can't go around intimidating people with the attitude that is he such a big person in this community, Not my dislike for him just the facts. "

What does Mr. Campbell's personal business have to do with Mr. Lewis calling and harrassing the man on his job, after his wife was terminated for criminal behavior?
How do you know what issues the Board of Directors at ICCHC have/have not addressed?
The Board of Director's Meetings at ICCHC are open to the public. How many have you attended? "
