THE ILLEGALS ARE HERE

I would like to know why is it that as iberians we are allowing illegal aliens to over run our town like the plague. My question is why are our public schools that are funded by we the tax payers allowing illegal aliens to use these facilities as a recreational park. there are bbq's and soccer games on school property. Had this been residential folks, the law inforcement would be constantly harrassing them and the schools would be screaming liability suits. I served in the Marine Corps and when visiting a foreign country or land you spoke the language or got by as best as you could. But like walmart and the countless businesses in our area we cater to them and use these illegals as cheap labor. Hey new iberia we need to pick our heads up and stop looking the other way .

" First of all if you do not know the legal/illegal status of a person do not be so quick to judge. Second it is not easy to become a US Resident more less a US citizen. It took my husband 3 years to go from a legal US work permit to a US Resident (green card) and he is not even allowed to apply for citizenship till 2015. His green card expires in 2017. The likely hood of him even recieving his citizenship in 2017 is slim. The rules and regulations change every year! "

Bringing in outside labor from all walks of life. One Cuban port tenant was awarded a job from the Mexcan government ,but only if he used 1/2 the work force here to be Mexicans brought in.
