ERATH — A memorial service will be held at a later date for Mrs. Linda Marie Barras Boudreaux, 75, who passed away on July 29, 2007 at 4:25 a.m. at a Lafayette hospital. Mrs. Boudreaux was a native of Erath and a resident of Delcambre.

She is survived by her husband, Dalton J. Boudreaux of Delcambre; three sons, Rory Boudreaux and his wife Rhonda of Erath, Stacey Boudreaux and his wife Sara of Delcambre, and Michael Boudreaux of Abbeville; one daughter, Becky B. Duhon of Abbeville; three brothers, Harold Barras and his wife Eunice of Abbeville, Palmer Barras and his wife Flo and Samuel Barras both of Delcambre; and one sister, Thelma “Bing” B. Broussard of Erath; six grandchildren, Lyle, Seth and Chelsi Boudreaux, Shane Boudreaux and his wife Amy, DeLani Duhon, and Kayla Rodriguez and her husband Jesse; seven step-grandchildren, Steven and Kyle Duhon, Jamie, Becky, Ryan, and Sean, Delahoussaye, and Holly Tauzin; three great-grandchildren, Alyse, Ayden, and Kylie Boudreaux; and nine step great-grandchildren, Kylie, Tre, Kourtni and Drake Landry, Madison and Tayler Tauzin, Grace Dugas, and Morgan and Paitin Delahoussaye.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Simon and Thelma Schexnider Barras.
