Funeral services for Joslyn Ann Bernard, 45, will be at 2 p.m., Thursday at Fletcher Funeral Home in New Iberia with Roland Jones officiating.

Interment will follow at Saint Matthew Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 7 a.m. until time of services Thursday.

A native and resident of New Iberia, she departed this earthly life at her residence at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 23, 2008.

She was a member of Rhema Family Faith Center.

Survivors include her loving companion, Roy Thibodeaux of New Iberia; mother, Delores Reedom Bernard of New Iberia; two sons, Till Bernard and Reginald Bernard, both of New Iberia; two daughters, Kimberly Ann Bernard and her husband Glenn Gibson Jr. and Latillda Bernard, all of New Iberia; two Brothers, Alex Bernard Jr. and Albert Bernard, both of New Iberia; one sister, Sadie Bernard of New Iberia; eight grandchildren; maternal aunt, Evola Vital; maternal uncle, Harold Landry, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Alex Bernard Sr.; maternal grandparents, Dessie Davis and Willie Reedom; paternal grandparents, Dessie Simon and Albert Bernard; four aunts, Peggy Davis, Dessie Davis, Suzanne Jones and Elizabeth Domanic; two uncles, Charles Boutte and Arthur Simon; two  cousins, Ralph Vital Jr. and Richard Vital

Active Pallbearers will be Jomanie Vital, Jeremy Vital, Glenn Gibson Jr., Marvin Harrison, Ronnie Latson and Kim Shepherd.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Roy Thibodeaux, Till Bernard, Reginald Bernard, Alex Bernard Jr., Albert Bernard, James Keyes, Robert Gabriel, and Henry Hawks
