In the semifinals, the Cajuns scored seven runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to surge ahead after Ponchatoula (10-5) had taken a 3-0 lead with a run in the third and two in the fourth.
Coby Landry was the winning pitcher, allowing three runs on five hits with three walks and six strikeouts.

The Cajuns jumped out early in the finals, scoring three runs in the top of the first inning. Crowley scored in the bottom of the seventh.
Lee Hebert went the distance for the win, scattering nine hits but allowing only one run and one walk while striking out one.
Coy Guidry took the loss, giving up four runs on six hits with three strikeouts and two walks in four innings. Brett Broussard gave up two runs on four hits and a walk in three innings of relief.
Leading hitters for New Iberia (10-4-1) were Patrick Neustrom, 2-for-3 with a double, an RBI and a run; Jambon, 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI and a run; and Blase Romero, 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run.
For Crowley, Broussard went 2-for-3 with a run and Ryan Leonards was 2-for-4.
New Iberia plays Thursday at Franklin in a district game.
