DeBarge and Chartaignier

Phyllis and Luther DeBarge of Coteau announce the engagement of their daughter Brittany DeBarge to Grant Chataignier son of Neil and Andree’ Chataignier of New Iberia.

The wedding will take place at 7 p.m., Friday, June 6, 2008 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in New Iberia.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Westgate High School and Teche Area Vocational College. She is employed with Iberia Medical Center.

The prospective groom is a graduate of New Iberia Senior High School.

He is employed with Derouen Electric.
