Birthday rally today at 4C's ministry

The 4C’s Ministry will hold its annual Birthday Rally at 10:30 a.m. today at the ministry’s facility, 1560 Cypremort Road in Jeanerette. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Arnold Ray Joseph and his church family.
