Save the ducks!

About Not feeding the ducks in the park ... how stupid is that?

If they are so worried about Devil's Pond, why when they drained it last year, they did not clean it up? Why did they leave the debris and trash in it? Why mess with the eco system that was there? To put a few fish in it?

Stock the bayou, the pond is not big enough for stocking with lots of fish, and if you start allowing people to fish in it there are gonna be more problems ... people will catch them and throw them on the ground, what happens when they catch so many they deplete them? And what about the hooks? This leaves it wide open for hooks to be on the ground to go into one of the kids that is playing there's foot.

As it is now, we see fishing tackle caught in the trees ... how much more will there be defacing the pond if they stock it for fishing? What about when someone gets stuck in the tree and starts pulling to free it, it flies back and hooks a child playing in the eyes?

Forget the fish ... save the ducks!
